1. Why do Stan, Jack and Blakey leave the bus company they'd all worked at for so long?

Answer: They are sacked for causing an accident.

All three of our heroes are sacked after causing an accident which wrecks the general manager's car. In typically saucy "On the Buses" style, the accident came about when Stan loses control of the bus after seeing a woman's top fall off while she is running down the road!

2. In "Holiday on the Buses", which country of the United Kingdom is the holiday camp located?

Answer: Wales

The film was shot at a Pontins holiday camp in Presatyn, North Wales. The camp is still open and run by Pontins today. There is even a plaque commemorating the filming of "Holiday on the Buses" which was unveiled in 2004.

3. Stan and Jack are employed as a bus crew at the holiday camp, but which position does Blakey fill?

Answer: Chief Security Officer

Stan and Jack don't find out that Blakey is employed as Chief Security Officer at the camp until they arrive themselves, much to their chagrin. On their first trip out of the camp to pick up guests from the station, Stan and Jack stop at the gatehouse and Blakey pops out. Unsurprisingly they aren't too keen to see each other again.

It seems there is no escape from the old Inspector for Stan and Jack but it doesn't put them off getting up to their usual shenanigans!

Little Arthur is nearly left "home alone" when the family, in their ususal state of disarray, drive off and leave him standing at the side of the road. Viewers of the first "On the Buses" movie will remember the hilarity of Olive's trip to the maternity hospital to give birth to Little Arthur.

Stan finally manages to engineer some "alone-time" with Mavis on a pleasure cruise. However, he becomes too seasick to enjoy himself so Jack takes his place!

Both on the way there and on the way back, the family's luggage flies off the motorcycle into a river after Arthur has to swerve to avoid Stan's bus.

Olive finds herself without bikini bottoms after Arthur kicks her into the swimming pool.

Fortunately for family, no-one is kidnapped!

Stan's plans are foiled when the manager and his wife come home early. Despite nothing having happened between Maria and Stan, Maria's brother Luigi tries to kill Stan to defend her honour.

Stan has a case of deja-vu when he arrives at the unemployment office to find Blakey behind the desk. Blakey says he has "the perfect job" for Stan. We see Stan operating a demolition crane at the end of the movie with a big smile on his face.
