Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. In which song would you find the following lyric: "Boys will come and boys will go Tell me something I don't know"?

Answer: Stake Out

In the animated music video for "Stake Out", Sean and the Duke say the first half of the line ("Boys will come and boys will go") while Liz has the last part ("Tell me something I don't know").

Commentary from Sean: Animated Sean did not remember delivering lines in the "Stakeout" video. He does. He is the other other Sean
2. In which song would you find the following lyric: "Six double A batteries, and I'm good to go 700 milliamps, I'm here 2 rokk the show"?

Answer: I Am Not Your Gameboy

The entire song includes odd Gameboy references that range from old school games from our childhood such as "Dig-Dug ain't no friend of mine" and "don't push that cartridge inside me".
3. In which song would you find the following lyric: "Would that you loved me Tell me you want me"?

Answer: Tender Lies

This is one of the few songs to have a live action video, which not only includes Liz without the streak in her hair, but also the cryptic words "Dear Simon, will you be my lab partner? I think you should".

Commentary from Sean: "Simon" in the "Tender Lies" video refers to Simon le Bon, Liz's Dream Lab Date.
4. In which song would you find the following lyric: "Stare at you without a care Now u are mine, now I am yours"?

Answer: Tracey Gold

Tracey Gold is the actor who played Carol Anne Seaver on "Growing Pains" in 1985. Lots of people have wondered where she disappeared to but a quick check on IMDB.com shows her doing a fairly consistent amount of TV roles and a movie in 2004. Though, research has also yielded, Tracey Gold did go on to be a major Porn Star.
5. In which song would you find the following lyric: "Hey, pretty boy, find something to wear There's a party up and down the block"?

Answer: Get Ready 2 Rokk

In concert, "Ready 2 Rokk" is one of the best songs. The band rocks out and has been known to play snippets of all sorts of music from Ozzy Osbourne to AC/DC. Freezepop.com recently updated to have a clip of them playing this song in San Francisco (Or you can check out Fancy Ultra Fresh which was a clip of the band smashing instruments like guitars and keyboards).
6. In which song would you find the following lyric: "I'm not nosy, I'm just concerned People are hurting, they've all been burned"?

Answer: Harebrained Scheme

The first use of harebrained dates to 1548. The spelling hairbrained also has a long history, going back to the 1500s when hair was a variant spelling of hare. The hair variant was preserved in Scotland into the 18th century, and as a result it is impossible to tell exactly when people began writing hairbrained in the belief that the word means "having a hair-sized brain" rather than "with no more sense than a hare." While hairbrained continues to be used and confused, it should be avoided in favor of harebrained which has been established as the correct spelling.

Commentary from Sean: A hare, of course, is a rabbit. Rabbits are not that smart although they do generally post pretty good numbers. The idea being that the 'scheme' is a plan which a less-than-perfectly intelligent person would come up with.
7. In which song would you find the following lyric: "Is there a T?"?

Answer: Shark Attack

When performed live, the Duke usually uses an special mic for this song that's shaped like a shark.
8. In which song would you find the following lyric: "I'm not perfect, I've done it too But not nearly as much as you"?

Answer: Manipulate

Initial information vetoed, coming soon
9. In which song would you find the following lyric: "Not just a pretty face So call up all your friends"?

Answer: Boys on Film

Currently this is the only song that Sean t. Drinkwater sings as lead singer, however, he did not actually write the song.

Commentary from Sean: "Boys on Film" although not written by me specifically is biographical and was written about a photoshoot which took place in 2002 which featured myself and Ad Frank, who we will be playing with on April 16 at the Middle East upstairs. There is a major lawsuit pending so that Ad and I get all the royalties from this naughty number.
10. In which song would you find the following lyric: "You can have me for your own - tonight You're a very sexy clone - tonight"?

Answer: Tonight

Just to emphasize the strangeness of the lyrics of this song Liz says at one point "Highway to the Danger Zone - Tonight".

Commentary from Sean: 'highway to the danger zone' from "Tonight" is actually an homage to a lyric from Kenny Loggins' "Danger Zone" from the Top Gun Soundtrack.
