Answer: Cowboys

Thanks to a number of trades, Dallas didn't pick until the third round. Their first pick, number 69 overall, was linebacker Jason Williams out of Western Illinois. Western Illinois plays in the Football Championship Subdivision Missouri Valley Football Conference. Well-known alumni include Mike Scifres, Rodney Harrison, Bryan Cox, Olympic gold medalist Lee Calhoun, and three-time MLB All-Star Rick Reuschel.
2. What conference had the player known as Mr. Irrelevant?

Answer: SEC

The 256th and final pick was kicker Ryan Succop from the University of South Carolina, drafted by Kansas City.
3. What team had the first compensatory selection?

Answer: New England

The Patriots had 12 picks in the draft. The 97th pick was Tyler McKenzie out of the University of South Florida. Compensatory picks are award to team that lose more players than gained in free agency.
