Answer: Australia won

Australia won by two runs with only one ball to spare. After being set 323 to win, the Blackcaps looked like making it with only six runs needed off the final over. On the second last delivery of the match however they lost thier final wicket, Kyle Mills being run out for no score, their final score was 320, two runs short of a draw, three short of a victory.
2. Who was man of the match?

Answer: Andrew Symonds

Symonds blasted 156 off 127 deliveries to secure victory for the Aussies - only his third ever ODI century.
3. How many wickets did Australian debutant Mick Lewis take from his bowling?

Answer: Three

Lewis took the wickets of Lou Vincent, Nathan Astle, and Chris Cairns. He also ran out Kyle Mills to win the match for his country.
4. How many Michaels played in this match?

Answer: Three

Michael Clarke, Michael (Mike) Hussey, and Michael (Mick) Lewis all played in this match for Australia. Interestingly enough all three of them effected a run out: Clarke ran out Brendon McCullum, Hussey ran out James Marshall and Lewis ran out Kyle Mills.
