He was born in 5th November 1965, making him one of the older players in the team. He comes from Denmark and was signed by Aberdeen on 26th October 2001 from Besiktas. Peter played his debut match (against Hearts) a day after he was signed.

Aberdeen born and bred, Russell was born 25th October 1978. The 6ft Anderson made his debut against Dunfermline on 4th January 1997 when he was just 18 years old. He has played for Scotland U16, U18, U21 squads, and in 2002 he finally made his long awaited debut for the senior Scotland team.

Darren was born in Inverurie on 5th January 1982. He was signed on July 10th 1998 from Colony Boys Club, and made his debut on 14th August 1999 against Dundee. He has played at U18 level but still is waiting for the call up to play for the Scotland U21 squad.

My favourite player. Kevin was born in Dundee on August 28th 1982. He made his debut against St. Mirren on the 5th August 2000. Kevin got a call up for the Scotland squad in 2002 from Scotland Manager Berti Vogts. Before his first match against France, Berti dropped Kevin from the squad because he looked "too nervous" during training.

I did them at the same time because I thought it would be simpler. Darren is the oldest. He was born on 13th October 1978 and Derek was born on 27th May 1980, making Darren 2 years older. Darren is a midfielder and made is debut on the 25th August 1996 against Hearts. Derek is a striker and made his debut on the 30th July 1997 against Blackburn Rovers.

Phil may play for Aberdeen but is a Glasgow Celtic supporter! He was born 4th March 1980 in Glasgow and made his debut on the 11th December 1999 against Celtic. Earlier in 2002 Phil got married to Kara. I have seen their wedding picture in the paper and they are a nice couple together.

In the first match of the season 2002-2003 against Celtic, Celtic scored their 3rd goal and Phil and team-mate Jamie McAllister got into a little scrap. Phil blamed Jamie for the goal and then they were at each others throats. Goalkeeper Peter Kjaer had to break them up.

Roberto comes from Belgium and was born on 21st July 1973. He was signed from Charleroi on the 5th July 2001. He made his debut match against Elgin City on the 7th July 2001.

Nicholas plays in midfield. He was born in France on the 17th February 1981. He was signed on 29th August 2002 and used to play for Paris St. Germain.

Leon was born in Manchester, England on the 4th September. He was signed on the 15th February 2002 and made his debut a day later against Dundee United. He come on later in the match as a substitute. The whole stadium was glad he came on. I was eager to see what he was like.

Then a few minutes later he scored a cracker of a goal. The whole of Pittodrie (except the Dundee United fans) errupted with cheering. He has played for the U15, U16 and U18 for England.

Another Aberdeen born player, Scott was born on the 22nd of August 1983. He made his debut against Dundee United on the 20th May 2001. He scored his first ever senior goal against Motherwell in 2002 which helped Aberdeen win that match 3-1.

Eric was born in Montbeliard, France on the 12th May 1973. He made his debut against Brechin City on the 13th July 2002. In his first match against former club Motherwell, he scored a winning goal against them!

Laurent was born in Aquitane, France on the 5th November 1970. He was signed and made his debut on the 13th July 2002.

Patrizo was born in Treviso, Italy on the 24th June 1973. He was signed up to the club on the 31st of August 2002. I met him once when I was waiting outside the stadium with my friend. I asked for his autograph and he was really, really nice to us. He actually talked to us and asked us how long we were waiting and stuff like that. He is really nice up close.

David is the 2nd choice goalkeeper. If Peter Kjaer is injured he is picked instead. He was born in Sunderland, England on the 28th August 1976. He made his debut on the 1st August 1999 against Celtic.

Fergus was born in Nigeria and was born on the 3rd January 1982. He was signed in 1998 but didn't make his debut until 28th April 2001. He still has a lot of time to develop into a great defender for Aberdeen.
