Answer: Johan Vonlanthen

Johan Vonlanthen broke Wayne Rooneys record against France in the 2004 European Championships hosted in Portugal. Rooney only broke the record himself one game earlier in the same championships, scoring against Vonlanthens team Switzerland and beating Dragan Stojkovics record from 1984.
2. In the very first World Cup, who scored the winning goal to give the cup to the host nation?

Answer: Castro

Castro may have scored the winning goal for Uruguay, but it was the Argentines who finished with top scorer. Uruguay won the first world cup and never got a chance to defend their title, not being entered in the tournament again until 1950 where they beat Brazil in the Final.
3. The European Cup-Winners Cup finished in 1999, but who was the last team to lift the Cup?

Answer: Lazio

Lazio was awarded the Cup after beating Mallorca in the final. Chelsea came close to making double history that year of being the first team to win the Cup back to back and also the last team to win it, but was beaten by a late goal against Mallorca in the semi-finals.

David Beckham was signed as a youth player for Tottenham before he signed a professional contract with Manchester United back in 1992.

Jay Jay Okocha has been well known since making his first appearance in the Premiership for Bolton Wanderers. He spent most of his playing career at Paris Saint Germain, and after several highlighted appearances for club and country, was snapped up by Sam Allardyce.
10. Which goalkeeper was well known for his making of his own jerseys, more so then his goalkeeping ability?

Answer: Jorge Campos

Jorge Campos the Ex-Mexican goalkeeper designed his own goalkeeping tops and also wore the number 9 on his back, which was unusual for most keepers but he also played upfront if needed too.
