Carla "went into labor" every time the 76ers were in town. Sam wanted to go but Carla said there wasn't enough room in the delivery room for him.

Cliff got new shoes and wanted everyone to know it. He got everyone to buy a new pair of shoes.

Sam told Woody that Rebecca thought they were nincompoops. Woody told him that no one could call him a nincompoop..."except my dad".

The party is where they worked outside of Cheers. During their time there a vase got broken.

Rebecca was afraid Woody would break the vase and took it from him. It slipped out of her hands and broke. It was a very expensive vase.

Woody didn't want Rebecca to get in trouble so he confessed to breaking the vase. Collier ended up respecting Woody for it, and they became bosom buddies at the party.

Answer: "What time will you be getting off?"

Sam told the lady at first that he was rich. However, she figured out he wasn't rich and didn't want to date him until Sam pointed out she did want to date him when she thought he was rich. So she agreed to date him and asked, "What time will you be getting off?"

Answer: She broke the vase and Woody got all the credit for it.

When Woody told Collier that Rebecca broke the vase, Rebecca told him that it was the truth. He then got very upset with Rebecca and wanted to fire her. The only reason he didn't was because Woody asked him not to.

Collier had been drinking a lot the night before and had no idea who Woody was. He also didn't remember that Rebecca broke the vase. When asked about it Sam confessed to keep Rebecca from getting in trouble. Once again, Collier had nothing but respect for the person who confessed.

This scene is rather funny when all the men are walking around and squeaking everywhere they go. Sam made them all go back to their bar stools because he could't stand the noise.
