The dream was an omen of sorts, and the first taste of prescience we see from Roslin. The Chamalla gave her this vision and only moments later, Billy Keikaya came to tell her that a Cylon had been found aboard the Gemenon Traveler, the same model that had been in her dream.

Known for "mix[ing] lies with truth", Leoben Conoy had been met by Commander Adama first at the Ragnor Anchorage station in the Miniseries. After spending some time with him (not knowing he was a Cylon at the moment), Adama was subjected to his tactics, but was strong-minded enough not to fall for his tricks.

The commander believed that Starbuck had the same strength of mind to deal with the Cylon.

Because Starbuck did not want to entertain his little mind games, she told Leoben that she wasn't going to pass on the news (she believed it a lie). Leoben then said, "Your military training dictates you take it to your masters and let them decide."

Leoben emphasized to Kara that while she believed in many gods, he believed in one. The above line was said after he told her this. We, as viewers, aren't quite sure what he meant by this line, but nonetheless, it worked well to establish Leoben's peculiar beliefs. He said that he saw the universe and saw patterns. In a way, he could predict certain events.

The idea that the Cylons worship one god instead many was one made for us to think well and hard about our own beliefs. The Colonials believe in many gods, yet they are our heroes.

Answer: Meeting with other Cylons

Sharon met with a Number Five and Number Six and had informed them that their plan was working, but the Number Six wasn't so confident; Helo hadn't directly told Sharon that he loved her. The two Cylons told her that they were setting up a cabin for them to live in, full of supplies, and if that didn't work out, Sharon was to kill him. Remembering all they had been through, she ran quickly back to Helo and told him that they had to get moving, and do it fast.

After the guards had left the room to retrieve something, Leoben said, "Do you realize I could kill you before they got back in the room? I could get to my feet, rip your skull from your spinal column, crash through that door, and kill that guard in less time than it's taking me to describe it to you."

"Then why don't you?" Starbuck replied.

"It's not the time." Several seconds later, he shattered his restraints, flipped over the table, and grasped Starbuck by the neck.

Answer: The fleet was to spread out so they weren't close to one another.

Since the believed threat of a nuclear weapon aboard one of the ships was still real to them, Adama had decided to spread out the fleet to minimize any damage. Leoben's lie had caused them to be easy pickings if the Cylons ever came around, something the president pointed out to Starbuck when she went aboard the Gemenon Traveler.

It was surely torture for the Cylon, but he didn't give anything up. Instead, he continued to ramble and tried to confuse Starbuck.

The results stunned the doctor, and after a bit of the Six's haranguing, he hurried to change the screen to read green. If Baltar had told her that she was a Cylon, the Six mentioned, her programming would likely take over and kill him. Eager not to displease her, he altered the results, told Boomer she was not a Cylon, and sent her on her way.

Answer: He was thrown out the airlock.

She knew that this model Cylon spread misinformation, and such distrust at the top would only lead to the fleet's destruction. Roslin decided to put the machine out the airlock. When she saw him in the compartment, she was reminded of her dream: Leoben flew into the distance.
