In an earlier episode Jimmy and a drinking buddy are walking down an alley when they discover an unconscious man with a wallet full of money and a Rolex watch. They discuss how to divide the windfall and ultimately the drinking pal gives Jimmy the wallet and additional cash and keeps the watch.

After Jimmy's cohort leaves, the two con men have a good laugh about the fake Rolex. This time, Marco is not faking unconsciousness but is in cardiac distress and dies in the alley.

At first flattered by the opportunity to work for a prestigious law firm, Jimmy realizes that there must be some ulterior motive. Kim explains that all of the clients are asking about him and he needs to continue to charm them.
