In the English manga release, Don Patchi's name was Poppa Rocks, in spite of the fact that the orignal manga and anime all call him Don Patch. Don Patch's female counterpart's name is known as Patches.

2. Did Don Patch reject the title of King of Wiggin Specialists?

Answer: Yes

In episode 28, Rice explains that Don Patch turned down the title of King of Wiggin Specialists, which Rice then accepted. However, no one acknowledged him as the true king, so he tried to beat up Don to prove his worthiness, only to lose to Bobobo.

The Ko-patch appear in episode 1 of the anime. They aren't seen for a long time after their debut. They appear to assist Super Patch near the end of the anime.
