Answer: "Pennis From Heaven"

"Pennis From Heaven" was released on DVD, in 2005. It is the entire Pennis collection, plus a few extra sketches and an interview with Paul Kaye.

2. Which of the following characters did David Walliams play in "Too Rude to Live"?

Answer: Anthony Cream Jr

Both David Walliams and Matt Lucas starred in "Too Rude to Live", the last compilation of sketches and interviews to be released. Matt Lucas starred as The Quill, the host of a formal chat show. David Walliams also played the presenter of "Artshole".

3. What is written on Pennis' bike helmet in "Anyone for Pennis?"

In-between clips of interviews, we see Pennis riding around London on a bicycle, with a black helmet with his initials written on it.
