After showing praise for the color test pattern the executives of the network made Earl head of making new shows. After making dumber and dumber shows the dinosaurs were using less and less brain power.

Ethyl kept promoting a witch doctor in the forest to help cure Baby. Earl and Fran instead took Baby to a doctor who prescribed expensive experimental drugs, which failed. Finally Earl and Fran took Baby to the forest doctor who invented penicillin and instantly Baby was cured of his illness.

During a car ride Baby kept annoying Earl so much so he ate the cupcake Baby wanted. The parent license officer took Earl's license away. Then after observing the household Officer Bettlhiem took Fran's license after bribing the children.

Charlene's school project was that the world was round not flat and she was promptly arrested for heresy. Robbie was soon arrested for heresy for trying to defend his sister. The punishment thought of by Charlene was to walk to the edge of the planet. After a quick fight Robbie won and became Supreme Male of the Household. Robbie quickly and calmly took charge of the baby, Charlene, household items and got a job as a Root Puller. After a few days he lost it snapping off at everyone before relinquishing Supreme Male back to Earl.

After Baby tossed a fork behind the refrigerator Robbie moved the fridge, got the fork and didn't move it back. Sometime later Robbie no longer on the steroids couldn't move the fridge so Spike offered to help. He opened the fridge and took out a drink, "What? I made it lighter."
