Grand is the state alchemist that Ed sees Scar kill right before Scar goes for Ed. Fullmetal Alchemist is Ed's title, Silver Bullet Alchemist is the former title of the main villain in the second Fullmetal Alchemist game for PS2 Jack Crowley, and Crystal Alchemist is Tim Marco's title.

Answer: True

Ed and Al created the homunculus Sloth when they attempted a human transmutation to bring their mother back to life, but they failed. In the show there are seven homunculi altogether.
