Race was fighting a snakeman for it on a plane. The snakeman said that he worked for the villain Nat King Cobra. Race was successful and parachuted out of the plane he was hit by another plane and lost control of the serum. The serum container then fell out of the sky and hit Hank in the head.

Both White and Dr. Venture had Professor Impossible as a teacher in college. White thought it was weird that he was working for Impossible since he failed his physics class. Dr. Venture managed to get a D in his class but that was only because his father died that semester.

Dean wanted to wear spy clothes like his brother Hank but he said he did not have any spy clothes. He thought a cowboy was the next best thing to a spy. Brock, wearing his normal clothes, managed to see Race Bannon before he died. Bannon then told him about the serum.

Professor Impossible was very strict on following rules. He does have a wife named Sally but this episode reveals that their marriage was in trouble. Professor Impossible was only focused on his career in science and never paid attention to her. Professor Impossible has a strange ability to stretch his body all around which was shown often in this episode.

The Goliath Serum when injected can make any living creature into a bomb. The larger the creature the more powerful the bomb would be. Hank, Dean, and Brock learned this from an old video about the Goliath Serum. They discovered Hank had it since he had the side effects of a large appetite and blemishes on his face. Hank eventually grew a beard in this episode, another side effect of the Goliath Serum.

The video about the Goliath Serum said that it was invented by Professor Impossible as a potential weapon used for the Cold War. According to Professor Impossible the only antidote for anyone being exposed to the Goliath Serum was to kill them before they would blow up.

Professor Impossible had the best ability of being very flexible. His wife, Sally could make her skin invisible causing her internal organs to be visible to everyone. Her brother Cody was the one that would burst into flames if he was exposed to oxygen. Sally's mentally challenged cousin Ned gained much more strength and thicker skin.

The Impossible family gained these abilities in a gamma radiation accident when Professor Impossible was trying to obtain cosmic rays.

Dr. Venture was going to fail the company drug test if it was not for Sally helping him out by providing her own urine for the test. Professor Impossible discovered Dr. Venture in the room with Ned and Cody which was a restricted area. He was also aware that Dr. Venture was flirting with his wife but that did not upset him at all. Dr. Venture was later saved by Brock.

Professor Impossible originally wanted to kill Hank thinking it was the only way to stop the Goliath Serum. He even denied they made an antidote, he thought they made ranch salad dressing.

Colbert also provided the voice of Professor Impossible in the season two episode "Twenty Years to Midnight". Professor Impossible was also in the pilot episode "The Terrible Secret of Turtle Bay" and the season three episode "Now Museum, Now you Don't" but Colbert did not provide the voice in those episodes.

In those "Now Museum, Now you Don't" creator and writer Jackson Publick also known by his real name as Chris McCulloch, provided the voice of Professor Impossible while in the pilot episode his brother Peter provided the voice of Professor Impossible.
