1. How many briefcases does Del buy off Trigger, in the very first episode, "Big Brother"?

Answer: 25

They have obviously fallen off the back of a lorry. They are executive briefcases that lock. The only problem is that the briefcases had a combo lock which needed a numbered code to open, which was locked inside the briefcases.

2. What game was Grandad playing in episode 1 "Big Brother"?

Answer: Draughts

He was playing draughts - not too successfully - on an electronic talking chessboard.

3. What nationality is the man that Del and Rodney try to sell the Cortina mark II to in episode 2 "Go West Young Man"?

Answer: Australian

Del buys the broken down car off Boycie, and does it up. He tells the Australian that it only had one owner, a vicar, and even shows him the Bible in the glove compartment.

4. When they are chatting up the girls in the nightclub in "Go West, Young Man", what sport does Del say Rodney plays?

Answer: Tennis

When one of the girls ask if Rodney has ever played at Wimbledon, Del replies that they only play the big matches, they have just returned from the Miami Open. When the girls ask why Rodney isn't tanned, Rodney says it was an indoor tournament.

Vimmel is doing a deal with Del. There is a feud between Vimmel and Mr Ram over a statue, which brings wealth to its owner.

Pauline has been widowed twice already, but she was married to rich men. Rodney and Grandad take an instant dislike to Pauline. Also, when Del and Pauline announce their engagement, Pauline starts to change things in the Trotter household, like giving Del and herself good meals and giving Rodney and Grandad only corned beef.
