The cabin is located in North Carolina. The funny thing is that they keep calling it a cabin throughout the show, but the external shots they used made it look like they were at a ski resort.

2. What drink did Dash, Suzanne's ex-husband, mix up a batch of before everyone else arrived?

Answer: hot buttered rum

Dash, played by Delta Burke's real life husband, Gerald McRaney, mixed up a batch of hot buttered rum.

3. What popular daytime talkshow are they watching on tv that causes a men against the women argument?

Answer: Oprah

Of course, the topic of the "Oprah" show they were watching was something about how men are less evolved than women. This ignites the fire in the men versus the women argument that goes on for the rest of the episode.
