Answer: Hank

Hank wanted Greg to move in with him so they can share expenses. Greg jumped at the chance after Hank told him about the privacy and independence he enjoyed. Also, Greg was fed up with the lack of privacy he got at home.

Greg was only seventeen and still in high school. Mike told him he needed to wait another year when he started college.
