Ross is upset because he saw Gavin and Rachel kissing on the balcony. He says he put his life on hold to take care of Emma and she's out 'kissing guys she barely knows'. Chandler asks him, "So you're movin' on? Do you have any idea where you're moving on to?" Ross tells him he's got plenty of oppurtunities and proceeds say all of the statements mentioned except for the wrong one of course.
