1. In what year did Stefan Salvatore become a vampire?

Answer: 1864

Stefan admitted to Elena in the episode "Lost Girls" that he had been a vampire since 1864. He revealed this as they visited what used to be his home, the Salvatore boarding house.

2. Damon was poisoned with vervain by Stefan, by what means did this happen?

Answer: He spiked Caroline's drink with vervain.

Stefan knew he had to get rid of Damon so he spiked Caroline's drink and, unbeknownst to Damon, he fed on her blood which was full of vervain. Stefan spiked her drink while at the Annual Founder's Day party.

3. Elena and Stefan get back together in the episode "History Repeating."

Answer: False

False. It's just the opposite. Stefan tells Elena he cannot be with her, "too many people have died," he says. He walks away as she calls after him. The song playing during that scene is "Come Back When You Can" by Barcelona Absolutes.

4. What is the name of Alaric's dead wife?

Answer: Isobel

Isobel was Alaric's wife and she was "killed" by Damon. Damon turned her into a vampire at her request. Isobel turned out to be Elena's birth mother.

5. Lexie is Stefan's best friend. Why does she come to Mystic Falls?

Answer: It was Stefan's birthday.

Lexie was a 350 year old vampire and Stefan's oldest friend. She was eventually staked by Damon in this episode, "162 Candles."

6. In order to become a vampire, what needs to occur?

Answer: You must die with vampire blood in your system.

Vampire blood must be in your bloodstream before you die. We saw this happen as Vickie was transitioning into a vampire by Damon in the "The Lost Girls" episode. Kayla Ewell played the part of Vickie Donovan.

Answer: true

Elena often wrote in her journal while sitting in the cemetery at her parent's gravesite. We saw her do this once in the "Pilot" episode. During this episode, Stefan and Elena had an intimate encounter which would be the start of their new relationship.

Answer: "Night of the Comet"

Damon purposely set up to meet Caroline another attempt to make Stefan angry. She first saw him at "The Grill" after her talk with Bonnie Bennett. He later lures her to bed where they have sex and he feeds off of her blood by biting her neck. Caroline Forbes is the daughter of the town sheriff.

Answer: True

Damon has bitten Vickie two times, one in the episode "The Pilot" and also in the episode "You are Undead to Me." Damon claimed he was doing her a favor by turning her, her life was useless. Vickie is the sister of Matt Donovan, Elena's ex.

10. Matt disliked that Elena is going out with Stefan. What does his friend Tyler do to try and embarrass Stefan?

Answer: Throwing a football at the back of his head hoping to hit him

Tyler tries to help Matt win back Elena by making Stefan look silly. This does not work as Stefan overhears with his super hearing and gets one up on Tyler. He throws the ball back with such force, Tyler is shocked and impressed.
