1. If a Demon Door asks you to be brighter because you're so dark, what do you do to open it?

Answer: Turn on your Lamp

You encounter this door in the Heroes Guild, where you learned how to use Will. Inside are books and a special treasure chest.

2. Which of the following is not a spell that you can use in the game?

Answer: Unlimited Money

The Berserk spell makes you grow a little bigger, brawnier, and more powerful than before. There is no water spell- not even a spell which refers to water, which I find unlikely.

3. What Skill increase do you need to get to become more sneaky and quiet?

Answer: guile

Guile will also give you the ability to steal and pick locks. The better you are at it, the less chance you have of being seen or caught while using Guile.

4. If you kill Twinblade, do you get good points or evil points?

Answer: Evil

Although you are doing the world a favor by killing him you are still considered heartless and become more evil. To make things worse you even have to fight him again (and all his bandits) if you kill him.

You don't win an item, but you win gold (which is something). The more you bet and the more hits you take, the more you win.

Answer: Yes

If you wait until the credits finish, the game will continue. From there you keep your reward money and all the experience, and you can continue to play the game.
