1. What does the RY3NO upgrade to?

Answer: RYNOCIRATOR

The RYNOCIRATOR is a great weapon, capable of massive destruction. The RY3NO is only available, however, once you finish the game for the first time.

2. What is the first weapon you receive in the game?

Answer: Shock Blaster

One of the Galactic Rangers gives it to you as they "cover you...from behind". The Shock Blaster is similar to the Blitz Gun in "Ratchet & Clank 2".

3. Which weapon does not make an appearance in "Ratchet & Clank 3"? (be careful...)

Answer: Synthenoid

The Gravity Bomb does make an appearance in "Ratchet & Clank 3". It appears during the multiplayer matches.

4. Can Ratchet hold another item apart from the Omniwrench?

Answer: Yes

By pausing the game and entering the following:
Circle, Square, Circle, Square, Up, Down, Left, Left,
you can replace the Omniwrench with a double-bladed laser sword. This laser sword is similar to what the ninjas hold, except theirs is orange and yours is pink.

5. When a weapon upgrades to level 8, what title does it get?

Answer: Omega

The only weapon that can't upgrade past level 5 is the RYNOCIRATOR. The title 'Alpha' is in "Ratchet: Gladiator" (aka "Ratchet: Deadlocked").

Answer: Tesla Barrier

If you remember back in "Ratchet & Clank 1", you get a weapon called the Tesla Claw, which shoots lightning bolts at enemies. The Tesla Barrier shoots bolts of lightning at foes who come to close to you.

Answer: Flux Rifle

The Flux Rifle is excellent for sniping enemies far away. The Splitter Rifle is the level 5 upgrade of the Flux Rifle.

8. Can Ratchet's wrench be upgraded?

Answer: No

Unlike "Ratchet & Clank 2", you cannot find Omniwrench upgrades through the levels, nor can you purchase upgrades. You can, however, purchase upgrades in "Ratchet: Gladiator", the next game in the series.

9. When you upgrade all your weapons to level 8, you get a trophy. What is the name of this trophy?

Answer: Omega Arsenal Trophy

A little hint for you: On Planet Veldin, when you arrive at F-Sector, and you kill all the Tyhrannoids, you come across a big ship. Equip the Infector (or Infecto-Bomb) and keep blasting away. The weapon upgrades extremely quickly.

10. Can Ratchet have more than two weapons in use at a time?

Answer: Yes

Ratchet can have the Shield Charger (or Tesla Barrier), Miniturrets (or Megaturrets), or Agents of Doom (or Agents of Dread) plus a gun of your choice. So that's four weapons. You could also include the wrench instead of a gun.
