Star Seeker is given to you, so that you have the second necessary Keyblade in order to use Valor form. True to its name, it adds an extra hit to air combos.

The Monochrome Keyblade is obtained after beating Pete in Timeless River and when you obtain Wisdom Form. It is, indeed, monochrome to keep the feeling of Timeless River's unique greyscale environment.

Oblivion is a very good Keyblade, as it has high attack values and decent magic values. It speeds up Drive Recovery when your MP is charging up. This Keyblade was also available in the first game.

After the "boss battle" with Ursula, you are rewarded with Mysterious Abyss. This Keyblade increases damage caused by blizzard magic.

The recipe calls for 13, but you can cut this number down to 7 using an Energy Crystal. This is the only way things will work out, since you can only acquire 7 Orichalcum+ in the game. The Ultima Weapon is arguably the best Keyblade in the game. It has high attack values, good magic values, and it speeds up MP recovery.
