If you do not read the question carefully, you will answer either Alicia or Silmeria. Rufus is one of the main characters. The story, later on, will reveal his identity and his goal.

One weapon (staff, sword, bow, etc), one head protector, one armor, one arm protection and one leg protection can be worn. In addition, 4 accessories can be equipped, bringing the total up to nine.

Alicia (or Silmeria) can use these heroes as companions in the battlefield by using a weapon (usually found in dungeon) as their materialization point. One weapon can be used by different Einhenjar, so it is not possible to get all the Einhenjar in just one playthrough. Lucian, Mystina, Janus and Aelia are Einhejar, but they appear in "Valkyrie Profile".
