Bill "The Fox" Foster would close every episode with "Zicke, Zacke, Zicke, Zacke, Hoi, Hoi, Hoi!" a German drinking toast.
Foster passed away from cancer in 2000, but the tradition of the German toast continued.
"The Man Show" was the product of the show's first two hosts, Jimmy Kimmel and Adam Carolla. Bill Foster was the emcee. He had a special talent of guzzling two beer rapidly and singing drinking songs...and he could do this while hanging upside down.
The show ran from 1999-2004.

According to link https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zicke_zacke_zicke_zacke_hoi_hoi_hoi, the show used "ziggy socky ziggy socky hoy hoy hoy!" instead of the original German words. Football fans in the UK in the 1960s used "zigger zagger" instead of "Zicke, Zacke".
