Grishka is used mostly in the Russian language and it is of Old Greek origin. Grishka is a pet form of the English name Gregory.

In Russian the official version is Grigori. Grisha would be the usual way to adress a relative or friend. Grish-k-a is an even more familiar way, sounds a little condescending. Grish-en-k-a would sound good coming from a granny or a very loving friend.
