I think the question refers to Nezahualcoyotl, a scholar, philosopher, poet, warrior, and ruler of the city-state of Texcoco in pre-Columbian era Mexico.

The 100 pesos banknote with his portrait is still in circulation as part of the Series F, issued between 2007 and 2010. However, the current (as of June 4th, 2022) 100 pesos banknote shows Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz, a Mexican writer, philosopher, composer and poet of the Baroque period, and Hieronymite nun.
