A mickey measures the smallest amount of movement a computer mouse can make. Most commonly about 500 mickeys per inch or 16 per mm.

Mickey units are used for the movement of a computer mouse. One mickey is approximately equal to 1/200 of an inch or 0.01 millimeters.
