According to NASA, the figure is about 98%, including water from human waste products!

On the International Space Station, each person requires about four litres (one gallon) of water daily, for drinking, food prep and hygiene.

Part of water recovery is from urine via vacuum distillation. The resulting brine still contains some water. A brine processor extracts this water.
