What's the integral of d(CABIN) over CABIN?
Question
#17481. Asked by hokum.

The answer could be 1. The integral of dx is x for any x. So the integral of d(CABIN) is CABIN. CABIN over CABIN could be interpreted as division, in which case it equals 1. Alternatively, CABIN over CABIN could be 'two-storey cabin' or something like that.

log(CABIN) Alright, technically speaking it's ln(CABIN), or about 2.303*log(CABIN), but what the heck, it's suppose to be a joke, so why get technical.

So the question should have been, 'what's the integral of one over CABIN d(CABIN)' which is an entirely different thing.

No, the question was stated correctly. The Integral of (1/x)*d(x) = ln(x). Or, said another way, the Integral of d(x) over x = ln(x). You wrote xd(x) which is entirely different and that integral equals (1/2)(x%5E2) + C not ln(x).
