Do mice have special night-vision where their eyes glow and how does their night-vision compare to a cat?

Animals like cats and dogs reflect car headlights in their eyes making them appear to glow. Owls and cats have vastly bigger pupils than we do (and mice) and though I know nothing about the night vision of mice, by comparing them with animals which are known to have it I would doubt it's that good.
