This quote is annoyingly familar but very intractable. It has often been discussed elsewhere on the Net and the general consensus seems to be that it comes from either Boris or Natasha in the "Rocky and Bullwinkle" cartoon series.
Many seem to be sure they have heard it in a film such as "Rocky IV", "Rambo III" or one of the Bond movies. I can't pin it down to any source:

I have been searching for this answer for over 3 years now. I've posted on many message boards (in fact, I started this post at the link gmack put in). I can tell you the following:
It probably orginated from The Dany Thomas Show and/or Rocky and Bullwinkle. It was used in "There is Something About Mary". Ben Stiller says it to Cameron Diaz just after he sees again after his accident. Its in front of her workplace and she asks him how his "thingie" is doing and he says "Strong like bull". However, all of this come short for me because I am looking for the movie it was used in with a russian accent. This is the movie we all know the quote from. Probably in the 80's maybe early 90's. Probably said more like "Make you strong, like bull" (in a russian accent). Its still remains a mystery.
