From which movie is the line: 'you know how to whistle don't you'?

Oh, my, yes, that would be Lauren Bacall's line in "To Have and Have Not": "You know how to whistle, don't you? You just put your lips together and blow."

'You don't have to say anything, and you don't have to do anything. Not a thing. Oh, maybe just whistle. You know how to whistle, don't you, Steve? You just put your lips together and... blow.'

It was parodied in Steve Martin's "Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid" where Rachel Ward tells him to call her on the phone: "You know how to dial, don't you? You put your finger in the hole and make little circles..." (not an exact quote, I admit)

When does a football match end? Does it end at the first blow of the final whistle, or the last one? For example, if the referee blows the first blast of the final whistle and the ball goes in the back of the net before the last blast of the final whistle, is this a legitimate goal?

Why is it called a 'wolf whistle' when men whistle at ladies?

Western movie question: Movie likely from the 70s, has the climax where a man/boy is racing through the desert to beat a shadow across a certain line to save a girl captured by Indians. He jumps across the line just as a girl, who is covered by a blanket, is being shot by an arrow and plunges off a cliff. He later finds out it was an Indian girl who stood in for her and they are reunited at the end of the movie. Could have been man/wife or brother/sister. Thanks for any help!
