In the United States standard version, the green properties are Pacific Avenue, North Carolina Avenue, and Pennsylvania Avenue.

Sally is correct for the standard UK layout. However, now that there's a layout for every man and his dog (including chocolate ones that should not be fed to the dog), the answer is really 'Depends on which set' these days.
