    What is the name of the 50's - 60's cartoon where the professor and his assistant, who would whisper in his ear then the professor would draw on the walls to show the answer or theory?

    The only thing I can think of close to that is Phineas J. Whoopee, who was on the cartoon "Tennessee Tuxedo and His Tales." He had a three dimensional blackboard that he drew his solutions on, but I don't remember him having an assistant.
