Depends on what edition and language you use. The KJB's longest word without spaces is the name Peleyoezelgiboraviadsarshalom - which is actually eight words in the original Hebrew. In Hebrew three words tie for the Bible's longest, each being spelled in eleven letters, of which the best translated is "veha'achashdarpanim" ("and the ahasdarpanites/servants"), found in the eighth and ninth chapters of Esther.
