When I was younger I read anything and everything I could get my hands on. I eyesight isn't what it once was and reading has become a chore. I still like to read if it is something that grabs my attention right off . I love to read Patricia Cornwall. Reply #21. Jun 06 09, 4:33 PM |

Reading is a life-long passion for me and I belong to a book club at our local library. Some of my more recent favorites are The Book Thief by Marcus Zusak, the Number One Ladies Detective Agency series by Alexander McCall Smith, and A Walk in the Woods by Bill Bryson. Reply #30. Always got at least one book on the go, scared myself silly reading Dennis Wheatley as a child so still tend to avoid horror. Read almost anything else & re-reading books from my childhood. Reply #39. Mar 09 10, 4:20 PM |

Just read an interview with Joni Mitchell. What do you think of this 'direct' quote? "Hippies became the greediest generation in American history. We dropped the baton." Reply #40. Mar 11 10, 5:28 PM |
