They can cut up a chicken like nothin I ever did see. I would love to be able to do that and I do make some mean Chicken a la king. All this is making me hungry. Also Chinese places are always open on our Holidays when other places are closed and some of them if you are the first customer of the day you get your meal free so sometimes I campout a little.

I love Sesame Chicken and Beef Curry. Curry in Chinese food is different than Indian curry but it is different an excellent. I like either of them with Cantonese pan fried noodles.

I love Chinese food. There used to be a restaurant on Hotel Street in Honolulu called Wo Fat's that was great - a real Chinese joint, not a tourist trap. I like just about any Chinese dish, but I have a real weakness for Dim Sum and General Tsao's Chicken. I do not, however, like tea.

I always get Sesame Chicken with wonton soup, and sometimes I get Chciken Chow-Mein, and rarely, sweet and spicy chicken, or beef and broccoli.

Best Chinese food I had was in China. Not the usual tourist places but either restaurants where locals ate or in the homes of the people I got to know.
And I did go to a couple of different provinces.

I find that any "Chinese" restaurants in Australia (and I assume the western world) are not what you get in China itself, but a 'modified' version.

Chinese food is my absolute favorite! It's too hard to pick a favorite food, so I'll list a few of the kinds I get when I go to a Chinese buffet:
1. General Tso's Chicken
2. Coconut Shrimp
3. Fried Rice
4. Crab Rangoon
5. Pepper Chicken
6. Mushroom Pork

This is all I can think of for now because I haven't slept in almost a week so my brain went into hibernation mode long ago! :(

Chinese food experienced in China is a very different beast, fresh organic ingredients bought at the market that morning and not a lump of monosodium glutamate in sight. The best meal I ever had was in Xian the evening after seeing the Terracotta Army, deep fried seaweed and wonton soup to start with, duck in hoisin sauce with thin noodles for a main, and sweet potato deep fried and covered in toffee for dessert, all washed down with a nice jasmine tea. Bliss

I love anything with sweet & sour sauce on it, broccoli & chicken over fried rice, egg rolls, egg foo young, pepper steak, & the wonton noodles that are stuffed with cream cheese & fried. My family loves to go to all you can eat Chinese restaurant.

I like the hot and spicy Kung Pao Guy Ding. In fact, I may have that for Christmas dinner.

Lemon chicken, egg rolls, sweet and sour pork and chicken, anything cooked Szechuan style. We have some great Chinese restaurants whjere I live, but my favourites are the two Szechuan restaurants and a Chinese buffet that's cheap and tasty!
