When they were in their prime back in the 70s I believe they were one of the best hard rock bands, I personally loved "Toys in the Attic". I don't think they've really released anything great since the 80s but I think every band, even the great ones, all reach a peak at some point in their careers. Reply #2. Aug 02 11, 1:51 PM |

I totally agree. The best music they made together was the first five albums. Reply #3. Aug 03 11, 11:05 AM |

A great “pop rock” band, as proven, and remembered by the masses for "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing" which helped to soften their reputation as “The Bad Boys from Boston" Reply #4. Aug 03 11, 11:54 AM |

Just an echo here. Loved all the 70s stuff, saddened by the poppy stuff since. "Chip Away the Stone" what a great song that one is. Very Stones-ish. I used to have a poster of Steven Tyler thrusting his lips out and wearing a T-Shirt that said..."Who the (bleep) is Mick Jagger?!" Reply #6. Aug 19 11, 12:59 PM |
