SPINAL TAP! I've seen it a brazillion times and can watch it a brazillion more. So close to the "Real" life of an 80s metal band. Another favorite is "Still Crazy". The story of an "Almost" 70s band that reunites for a "Comeback" tour of the UK and all the trials and tribulations that real life reunion bands have to endure. "Rock Star" is also on my list of "Music" films that I can watch repeatedly. It's a, somewhat true, story of the lead singer of a "Tribute" band who gets the opportunity to be the frontman for the very band he's been idolizing his whole life. Reply #21. Mar 09 14, 8:00 AM |

I watched a film on tv a while back called "In his life" all about John Lennon in the early days, really enjoyed it. Reply #25. Mar 28 14, 2:48 PM |

How about the Rutles? They are a parody of the Beatles. I've seen "All You Need Is Cash" and "Rutles 2: Can't Buy Me Lunch." I thought both were very funny. Reply #27. Mar 28 14, 4:33 PM |
