Well, according to a list of Pop Punk bands on Wikipedia (you know, because that's SO accurate [rolls eyes]), it looks like a do like a few bands.

Good Charlotte would be my favorite of the bands.

The All American Rejects
Allstar Weekend
Bowling for Soup
Boys Like Girls
Fall Out Boy
Good Charlotte
Green Day
My Chemical Romance
Paramore
Weezer

(I could add Avril Lavigne, as she showed up on the list, but that's odd to see an artist in a list of bands, and she was the only artist listed).

I was a bit surprised; I'd heard of most of the bands on the list.

And about 30 or 40 bands on there that I know at least one of their songs, and like the song. I could make quite a list of I added those bands in. ;)

I love Good Charlotte and The-All American Rejects :) I like all the other bands you mentioned as well, except I am not familiar with anything by Allstar Weekend.

They started on Disney Channel, as contestants for Disney's "Next Big Thing".

Have a look on Youtube .....type in Belgian punk or French punk - there are some very good pop-punk band around from there . Only recently discovered a lot of them myself by accident . Know a lot of the UK one's from many years ago , but we seem to have missed a whole load of decent European stuff . Well worth a listen .Too many bands to mention , but try some .

My favorites are The Ramones, Iggy Pop (post Stooges), early Blondie and a group from the 80's, The Screaming Blue Messiahs. Also early Talking Heads, pre-1980's.
