nWo. After Jericho retained his title, the nWo went back to the ring and assaulted The Rattlesnake again. The nWo punished Austin severely, and ended it by spray painting him on his back with the words 'nWo', which was done by Scott Hall.
The nWo. As Austin was defeating Jericho, the referee got in the way and was accidentally knocked out. This let the nWo interfere in the match, allowing Jericho to retain his title.

Stone Cold Steve Austin . Stone Cold Steve Austin faced off against Chris Jericho for the WWF Undisputed Heavyweight Championship. Chris Jericho retained his title when he pinned Austin for the win.
Beer. The nWo offered Stone Cold a six pack of beer, but Austin said he wasn't thirsty. They told him to keep it for later. Austin then took the beer and tossed it over his head and made his way through the nWo.
Mr. Perfect. Mr. Perfect was live from WWF New York. He told the sold out crowd that 'No Way Out' would have been even more perfect if he was in it.
Stephanie McMahon. Stephanie McMahon was the special guest referee. When Howard Finkle announced her name as 'Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley', she corrected him and told him to reannounce her as 'Stephanie McMahon'. Stephanie was knocked out early in the match, when Angle accidentally clotheslined her over the top rope. Tim White then officiated the match, but as he was about to let Triple H win, Stephanie ran back into the ring and assaulted him. Stephanie then finished officiating the match, which culminated in Angle giving Triple H two chair shots to the head right in front of her.
Kurt Angle. Kurt Angle faced off against Triple H, with the title shot at 'Wrestlemania' up for grabs. Triple H fought fantastically and basically outmaneuvered The Olympic Hero. The Cerebral Assassin lost the match when Angle gave him an 'Olympic Slam' followed by two chair shots to the head, and pinned him for the win.
Vince McMahon and Ric Flair. Flair interferred on behalf of The Rock, and Vince interferred on behalf of The Undertaker.
The Undertaker . The sexy Deadman, The Undertaker, faced off against The Rock. This match was made because The People's Champion disrespected Taker. The Rock had control of the match from the beginning, but Taker fought back furiously, even taking the match outside the ring and into the crowd. When Taker brought The Rock back into the ring, Taker put The Great One in a massive 'Bear Hug' that made The Rock's eyes wide with pain. Taker continued the pressure on The Rock's back, but Rock refused to submit. When Taker let go, The Rock put Taker in a 'Spinebuster', and was about to go for the 'People's Elbow' when The Deadman grabbed his throat and gave The Rock a huge 'Chokeslam', but Taker wasn't able to make the three count. This infuriated Taker to the point where he got out of the ring and went to his motorcycle and grabbed a lead pipe. When the referee tried to stop Taker, he pushed the referee into the steel steps. As Taker was climbing into the ring with the pipe, Ric Flair ran down and grabbed the pipe away from Taker, and Taker then gave Flair a 'Boot To The Face' for interferring. When Taker went back into the ring, The Rock then put Taker in a 'Sharpshooter', but The Deadman refused to tap. Then Vince McMahon came running to the ring and distracted the referee, who had just come to. The Rock didn't like this, so he grabbed Vince and yanked him into the ring. With The Rock and Vince going at it, Flair used this opportunity to assault The Deadman with the lead pipe, costing Taker to lose the match. This is how Taker was robbed of the win.

Regal then used his own set, which he retrieved from his shorts, to win the match and retain the title.

18 Wheelers. Two 18 wheelers were the Titan Tron at 'No Way Out'. In the middle of them was an 18 wheeler cab. A yield sign was hanging above the truck cab.
RVD . Goldust faced off against Rob Van Dam. The Golden One punished RVD severely, but was unable to get away from the 'Five Star Frog Splash'. Better luck next time Goldust!

The APA. As Billy and Chuck were celebrating, The APA came down to the ring. After some hasseling, The APA won when Bradshaw gave Billy the 'Clothesline From Hell', and pinned him for the win. The APA earned a title shot at 'Wrestlemania X8'. Way to go APA!
Billy and Chuck. Billy and Chuck, the fifth place tag team, came after The Hardy Boyz. The match wasn't really fair because Jeff was still knocked out from the '3D'. Billy and Chuck won when Billy gave Matt the 'Fameasser' and pinned him for the win.

The Dudley Boyz. The Dudley Boyz came out in fourth place, only to be defeated by the Hardys when Matt pinned D-Von for the win. After this match, The Dudleys gave Jeff a '3D' on the outside of the ring.
The Hardy Boyz. The Hardy Boyz, back from a long absence, were the third tag team that entered the fray. Matt and Jeff won when they pinned Storm. Way to go Hardys!
Lance Storm and Christian and Scotty 2 Hotty and Albert. Lance Storm and Christian faced off againt Scotty 2 Hotty and Albert in the first match of the Tag Team Turmoil. Unfortunately, just as Scotty was ready to finish his 'Worm' on Christian, Lance Storm interferred and, together, Christian and Storm pinned Scotty.
Kevin Nash . Hollywood Hulk Hogan, Kevin Nash, and Scott Hall made their way to the ring. They grabbed a microphone and asked the fans to give them a chance. They said that many words such as 'poison' and 'cancer' hurt their feelings. They said they were no different than anyone else. All they wanted, they said, was to get a few autographs, a few pictures, and maybe grab a beer with the boys in the back. They also said they didn't want trouble. At the end, they said 'God bless Vince McMahon'.

After the match, The Rock, the referee, and McMahon walked up the ramp together.

4. Stone Cold Steve Austin, in his first match since walking out in June of 2002, faced off against Eric Bischoff, as a condition of Bischoff's reinstatement as "Raw" general manager. This was really not a match, but a public beating. Austin manhandled Bischoff to the point where Bischoff was incoherent. Toying with Bischoff, Austin kept lifting the GM's arm instead of getting the three count. After two "Stunners" Austin finally pinned Bischoff, but he wasn't done yet. After the match, Austin delivered another "Stunner" and after walking to the top of the ramp, he walked back down and delivered another "Stunner" just for the hell of it.
Pedigree . Triple H, accompanied to the ring by Ric Flair, faced off against Scott Steiner in defense of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Steiner had a strong showing, but he was unable to defeat Helmsley.
During the match, the other members of Evolution (Batista and Randy Orton), interfered in the match. However, with all of this interfering, referee Earl Hebner refused to call for the bell. Triple H finally hit Steiner with the "Pedigree," and pinned him for the win.

Charlie Haas . After Edge was found severely beaten backstage, the official 6 Man Tag Team Match was made into a 2-on-3 Match. Brock Lesnar & Chris Benoit faced off against Team Angle. Haas, Benjamin, and Angle were like three rabid pitbulls in the ring. They attacked Benoit and Lesnar, and kept on attacking, until it seemed as though Team Angle would win. However, Lesnar and Benoit proved how good they really are. With Lesnar taking care of Benjamin and Angle, who finally felt what it's like to be hit with the "F5," Benoit forced Haas to tap out to the "Crippler Crossface."

A Train. As Taker was getting the better of Show, A Train ran to the ring and went after Taker. The Deadman knocked A Train out of the ring, where he fell into Paul Heyman. Then, in another surprise move, Taker flew. He gave himself a running start then jumped over the top rope with his arms spread out. Like a 747, Taker flew into A Train and Heyman.

Triangle Choke. The Undertaker faced off against The Big Show, who was accompanied to the ring by Paul Heyman. It seemed as though Taker's arsenal was diminished when it became apparent that he could not lift the 500 pound Show. Taker was pummeled by Show, but like the quote from "Rocky III," "He's not gettin' killed, he's gettin' mad!" Taker proved why he is "The Phenom." Because he couldn't "Chokeslam" Show, and because he couldn't give Show the "Tombstone Piledriver" or the "Last Ride," Taker showed his wrestling skills after Show "Chokeslammed" him. Taker reversed Show's move and put the behemoth in the "Triangle Choke," which literally choked the big man, making him pass out.
Matt Hardy. Billy Kidman faced off against Matt Hardy for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship. Hardy, who was always a heavyweight, dropped ten pounds in order to face off against Kidman. With Shannon Moore at his side, Hardy defeated Kidman, via the "Twist of Fate."

Kane and Rob Van Dam. Lance Storm and William Regal faced off against Kane and Rob Van Dam. Kane and Van Dam put up a good defense, but they were unable to defeat Storm and Regal. The champions won when Kane, with his mask turned sideways, accidentally hit Van Dam with the "Chokeslam." The champions capitalized on this mistake and pinned Van Dam for the save.

Christian and Shawn Michaels. Chris Jericho faced off against Jeff Hardy in a match that was made because Jeff had defeated Jericho the previous week on "Raw." Both wrestlers gave it their all, and each had near pins, but when Jeff tried to hit the "Swanton Bomb" on Jericho, Chris reversed it into a the "Walls of Jericho." Due to the fact that Jeff had escaped the "Walls" one time before, he was weak and couldn't escape again. Jeff was forced to tap out. However, Jericho refused to release the defeated Hardy, even with the referee trying to force him.
Shawn Michaels then came to the ring in defense of Jeff and broke the submission hold. Then, out of nowhere, came Christian. Together, Christian and Jericho went after Michaels. However, Jericho was knocked out of the ring and Christian was given the "Sweet Chin Music."
