 Harry Potter Book 5
The Prophecy. The prophecy was told by Sybill Trelawney before Harry was born. It predicted the birth of the one with the power to destroy the Dark Lord and foretold that one of them would die by the hands of the other.
Training the mind to shut down emotions. Dumbledore was afraid Voldemort was entering Harry's mind to gather information, so he had Snape teach Harry Occlumency so he would be able to clear his mind, and not feel Voldemort's emotions anymore.
Dumbledore's Army. Since Professor Umbridge refused to teach the students anything useful, they took it upon themselves to practice countercurses and jinxes to protect themselves from Voldemort and his Death Eaters. They chose the name Dumbledore's Army, because that's exactly what Fudge was worried Dumbledore was creating, so that he could take down the Ministry.
Zacharias Smith. Zacharias had been a bit skeptical about the whole thing- whether Voldemort really was back, and whether Harry could really do what he said he could- but he ended up signing anyway.
Jane. Her full name is Dolores Jane Umbridge. This name is given by Cornelius Fudge at the hearing, announcing her as the Senior Undersecretary to the Minister. Professor Umbridge is an evil lady, with a sickly sweet voice but a sinister mind.
The Quibbler. Not many people take the Quibbler seriously, as it is prone to rumors and ludicrous stories such as an interview with a wizard who claimed to have flown to the moon on a Cleansweep Six.
Level Seven. Level Six holds the Department of Magical Transport, Level Five holds the Department of International Magical Cooperation, and Level Four holds the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures.
Mundungus Fletcher. Mundungus is not very high up in Mrs. Weasley's eyes as he left his post watching Harry in order to buy a stack of stolen cauldrons real cheap.
Molly Weasley . Molly had been stationed at the headquarters awaiting Harry's arrival, and for the start of the secret meeting.
Number Twelve Grimmauld Place. To the Muggle eye, only number 11 and number 13 can be seen. Only when a wizard thinks hard enough about number 12 does it appear in front of them, seemingly pushing the houses beside it to the side.
Argus Filch. The Order of the Phoenix is the group of people led by Dumbledore to defeat Lord Voldemort and prevent him from raising an army of followers. While Argus Filch works at Hogwarts, he is not one of the members.
Dumbledore. The Howler said, "REMEMBER YOUR LAST, PETUNIA," which referred to the letter Dumbledore left on the Dursley's doorstep when Harry was a baby.
Mrs Figg . Mrs. Figg was under Dumbledore's orders to keep a watch on Harry.
The Polkisses'. "Harry knew perfectly well that Dudley had not been to tea anywhere; he and his gang spent every evening vandalizing the play park, smoking on street corners, and throwing stones at passing cars and children."
To see if Voldemort had become public. Harry began to wonder why there was no news about Voldemort returning to power. He thought even Muggle news would report on mysterious deaths or kidnapping, even if they weren't quite sure what it meant.

Cleansweep. Mrs.Weasley was going to get him an owl but he already had Pig then she was going to get him some dress robes but the twins got him some of those.
Bellatrix Lestrange. Bellatrix was the Death Eater that tortured Neville's parents also.

violet. She changes it to bubble gum pink for most the book.
Neville Longbottom. The prophecy Dumbledore was told was: "The one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord approaches....born to those who have thrice defied him, born as the seventh month dies....and the Dark Lord will mark him as his equal, but he will have power the Dark Lord knows not....and either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives....the one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord will be born as the seventh month dies...." Lord Voldemort chose Harry.
Sirius. Bellatrix Lestrange had been dueling with him and she sent him through the black veil. I refuse to believe Sirius actually died though; he was/is my favorite character.
Occlumency. You-Know-Who was skilled at Legilimency and Dumbledore was afraid he could use this against Harry. Occlumency could help Harry defeat this...and the dreams he'd been having.
Mr. Weasley. Dumbledore didn't like Harry having these dreams. He knew You-Know-Who would see Harry could do this and would use Harry as a weapon.
Ginny. Fred and George were also banned for fighting like Harry. Ron was already Keeper. Ginny's the only one left.

Dumbledore's Army. It was Defense Association until Ginny thought of Dumbledore's Army because it was the Ministry's worst fear. They called it the DA for short.
