G major. Listen to the "Anthology" version (vol. 2). Paul instructs George "It'll be an F for you. It goes F to E minor, A seven and D minor. I'm in G." He must have detuned the strings of his guitar.
With The Beatles. Doubletracking is the process of overdubbing an already recorded part - instruments or vocals - into a recording.
It's one of the big differences between "Please Please Me" and "With The Beatles". Doubletracking wasn't used in "Please Please Me".
And I Love Her. "And I Love Her" starts from the key of E major but modulates to F in the solo, and ends with a stunning D chord. Very impressive :)
If you like playing Beatles songs on the guitar, piano or whatever, you should know this anyway.
Yellow Submarine. "Yellow Submarine" has only 4 Lennon-McCartney songs from a total of 13 songs (about 30%).
Let It Be. "Let It Be" - the last Beatles album to be released - has "Maggie Mae", a Liverpudlian folk song.
