John Smoltz. The Braves certainly had their fair share of Cy Young Winners in the 1990s. Glavine won in 1991 and 1998. Maddux won in 1993, 1994, and 1995. Smoltz won in 1996. Maddux also won the award in 1992 as a member of the Chicago Cubs.

Colorado Rockies. The Braves beat the Rockies three games to one, to move on and face the Cincinnati Reds in the League Championship Series. The Braves met the Indians in the World Series in which they won four games to two. Although David Justice was a huge player in that series, winning the decisive game with his solo homer, Tom Glavine was awarded Series MVP with his 2-0 record and miniscule 1.29 ERA.

20-10. Maddux's 20-10 record helped the Braves win the pennant in 1993. The Braves secured the pennant on the last day of the year when the Dodgers beat the Giants 12-1. Unfortunately for the Braves, they lost to the Phillies in the National League Championship Series.
Pittsburgh Pirates. John Smoltz won the MVP of this series with a 2-0 record and a 2.66 ERA. Tim Wakefield of the Pirates, also had a 2-0 record during this series.
