Bart bought this dog with a credit card. Laddie, a super-dog, was bought with a credit card Bart acquired under the name of Santos L. Halper. When he didn't pay his bills, the repo guys came and asked for Laddie and Bart gave them Santa's Little Helper. He was upset with this and went and got his old dog back. He was renamed Sprinkles by Mr. Mitchell.
Santa's Little Helper's girlfriend. In the episode "2 Dozen and One Greyhounds," Santa's Little Helper meets She's the Fastest at the Springfield Downs. She gets pregnant and has 25 puppies, which end up being sold to the evil Mr. Burns who wants to make them into a greyhound fur tuxedo.
Selma's pet iguana. Selma inherited him from her aunt that passed away. In this episode she is determined not to die alone like her aunt and wants to have children. She takes Bart and Lisa to Duff Gardens and then decides she doesn't want children but is happy with Jub Jub.
