24. The second episode aired, entitled "Monkee See, Monkee Die", had the boys inheriting an organ from the library of eccentric millionaire, John Cunningham. There was one stipulation for them to be be able to keep the organ though. What was it?

The song they played was "Last Train to Clarksville". The stipulation about spending a night in the mansion (not a week) was the one given to the niece, before she could inherit the mansion. The boys ended up staying with her, and helping her get through the night. Cunningham's friend, butler and psychic tried to frighten her out, so that they could inherit the estate themselves.
