Talmonella. Sir Robin the Brave made the mistake of trying to fight Talmonella's ogre, Sweetums. Just as Robin was about to strike Sweetums with his sword, Talmonella appeared and transformed the prince into a tiny frog. Soon Robin found his way the royal well of King Rupert the Second's castle.
He couldn't swim.. After Kermit and the other frogs listened to Robin's story, Kermit asked Robin if he wanted to go for a swim. Robin said he wasn't in the mood for a swim, but Kermit shoved Robin into the well anyway. The tiny frog panicked and finally told Kermit that he couldn't swim. Kermit had to teach Robin how to swim back to the surface.
19. The king made a proclamation to the people of the village, telling them that he was retiring at sundown that evening. It was also his daughter Malora's nineteeth birthday, and she would replace him as queen.
She said everything backwards.. Talmonella placed the curse on Malora so she couldn't reveal Talmonella's secret to the king. When Malora was trying to tell her father she was looking at a pretty flower, it came out "fretty plower". Malora even sang backwards.
A golden ball. After Robin went to the bottom of the well and brought back Malora's ball, she agreed to let him live in the palace. Robin told Malora that he was really a prince. Just as Malora was about to kiss Robin, Talmonella distracted her.
No. At dinner that night, King Rupert was retelling how he had first met Talmonella. He was walking in the forest, and he met an ugly woman wearing a ragged cloak. Talmonella first told him that she was a beautiful maiden in disguise. Then she said she was his long-lost sister. Talmonella even said her father was King Rupert the First. The king let Talmonella move into the palace. Malora also was told that she was no longer in line to be the queen. That evening at sunset, Talmonella was set to be the new queen.
Feather Stone. After dinner, Talmonella took Robin to the dungeon to be eaten by Sweetums. Once again, the king asked Malora who cast the spell on her. She pointed to Talmonella, who said Malora was pointing at the king's messenger, Feather Stone, who was behind her. Feather Stone said he had no idea who cast the spell.
Kermit. Kermit tried to open Robin's cage. When that didn't work, he had another idea. Kermit woke up Sweetums, and he made the ogre think Talmonella was talking to him. Kermit said to Sweetums, "Stay asleep and let the frog go." Sweetums did just that and didn't even realize what he was doing until he had opened Robin's cage! Robin led Sweetums on a wild chase around the dungeon, and Sweetums tried to bash Robin with his club. Finally Sweetums knocked out a huge pillar, and a piece of the ceiling fell down and landed on him. The ogre was knocked unconscious and fell backwards through a door. Robin and Kermit successfully escaped.
He broke the ball in the handle of her cane.. Kermit got all the frogs from the well to try and stop Talmonella from being crowned queen. The frogs all jumped on her, and Malora put her golden ball in Talmonella's mouth. Finally Robin realized what Malora ment when she had been saying, "Bake the hall in the candle of her brain." Robin bit Talmonella's arm which made her drop her cane. The glass ball on its end broke, and Talmonella was transformed into a witch in a ragged cloak once more. Then she melted and turned into a bird! Malora's spell was broken, and she told her father that Talmonella was not his sister at all. Malora kissed Robin, and he turned back into a prince. Since Malora's spell was broken, she was crowned queen.
Kermit. Malora and Robin were married shortly after she was crowned queen. They often returned to visit Kermit at the well, and they brought along the new little prince, who was named after the heroic frog.
