Natalie Portman. George Lucas voiced himself fleeing from a crazed group of "Star Wars" fans. Ahmed Best reprised his role as Jar Jar Binks as he annoyed Darth Vader. Mark Hamill voiced himself in the famous bar scene.
Optimus Prime. By the end of the episode Optimus Prime died of his cancer and transformed himself into a coffin. However, it turned out that he did not have cancer. It was a skit he and the rest of the transformers put on to teach awareness of prostate cancer.
Seth Green. Seth Green created "Robot Chicken" with Matthew Senreich. Ashton Kutcher and Breckin Meyer have both used voices on the show. George Lowe is the voice of Space Ghost on another Adult Swim cartoon.
