Answer: Seth Green

Seth Green created "Robot Chicken" with Matthew Senreich. Ashton Kutcher and Breckin Meyer have both used voices on the show. George Lowe is the voice of Space Ghost on another Adult Swim cartoon.

Though you don't see him speak the words you can hear his voice say, "It's alive!" when he brings the chicken back to life.
