"Dichotic". She is the doctor that treats Jonathan Kent when he has a broken leg. Outside his room, Lex meets Dr. Bryce for what he thinks is the "first" time they have met.
Mrs. Dunleavy. Mrs. Dunleavy appears in "Lineage," and claims Clark is her son. She is actually the mother of Lucas Luthor who appears a couple episodes later in "Prodigal".
Chopin. When Lex hears his father playing Chopin, he says, "Chopin, I always thought you found him to be too sentimental?"

It's a meteor rock.. In the first episode, the viewers see that Clark has a crush on Lana but he can't get any where near her because of the rock. Clark gets his hands on the necklace and wonders if he should give it back to her in the episode "Metamorphosis".
